Mark Iles


Mark joined MGY around 1992 as a Graduate Surveyor, he then qualified soon after and has enjoyed his time with us in both our Commercial Department as well as our Survey Department. In his spare time Mark coaches his Son’s football team, Ty Celyn, which keeps him fit and healthy! He is also a keen Blues Rugby supporter. Mark is also involved with developers and developing land, both residential and commercial.  

Michelle Bishop


Michelle will be in her 30th year at MGY in 2020 so she truly is part of the furniture! She has enjoyed many roles at MGY and was our first negotiator at the Radyr office when it opened in 1990 so she has experienced the many market trends over the years. Michelle loves walking to keep fit and spending time with her family and friends at the weekends.

James Thomas


Since starting with MGY in 2012 James has worked across all departments before settling in our Radyr branch as Residential Sales Manager, and now Director. Prior to this James played professional and semi-professional rugby but now uses his spare time to keep fit playing football, touch-rugby and going to the gym followed by lots of socialising on the weekends.
